DTS211 Call Center
The DTS211 call center can handle up to ten incoming lines from any conventional dial-tone source, including POTS landlines or our CT8 Multi-Line Cellular Telephone Terminal (shown below).
Supports up to 7 call takers and 3 supervisory positions. When there are more incoming calls than people answering them, the system will answer the call, play a custom greeting, put them on hold with a periodic "pacifier" message, and send the call to the next available call-taker. Important calls can be transferred to one of three optional supervisory positions. Standard features include intercom, transfer, hold, and more.
Easy to set up and operate. Little or no operator training required with complete laminated user instruction cards for each phone. Choose from standard speakerphones or headset phones. For full details see the

CT8 Multi-Line Cellular Telephone Terminal 
Rapid Deployment - no need to wait for the phone company to install land-lines! Cellular service can be turned on quickly when needed. System accomodates up to 8 lines. Modules available for all cellular providers, including Verizon, US Cellular, and AT&T. All 8 radios share a single tripod-mounted high-gain antenna (shown to right). Stacks on top of and connects to the DTS211 Call Center with standard telephone cords (provided).
Concept of Operations
Amber Alert and other major crime tip-line operations can stretch department resources. The portable call center approach allows you to set up within the community and use a mix of officers and community volunteers to take calls, passing the relevant ones to a trained supervisor.
The entire system is hand-carry portable and can be transported in most standard-sized cars. The equipment can be set up with a minimum of training in a matter of minutes. When used with the CT8 cellular phone terminal, operations can begin almost immediately.
